THE 2016 LAUNCH
We want to to see your creativity, talent, expertise, and how passionate you are about being a filmmaker, so follow these guidelines:
1. All entries must be based on the THEME and must contain at least one of the required elements (Golden Lines, Golden Props).
2. The movie can be a fictional story, a short documentary, or whatever you decide, but it must be based on the West72 theme and contain at least one of the required elements.
3. Movies must be filmed with smartphones, tablets, and/or smart devices.
4. The films must be 5 - 7 minutes tops.
5. Your film must open with 3 seconds the West Los Angeles College Logo below. Include the following text "This is a West Los Angeles College student film."

Judging RoundsRound 1. Faculty Judges will review and judge the films based upon the criterion listed below. Selected films will move on to Round 2.
